Syracuse data center utilizes Capstone microturbines for trigeneration.
The Syracuse data center, built with partners IBM and New York State, features an onsite trigeneration system that uses 12 natural gas-fueled Capstone microturbines to generate all the electricity for the center and cooling for the computer servers.
